Training Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your training place is reserved exclusively for you, and venue hire, course materials and preparation are arranged in advance. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the training date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another available date.

Cancellations made between 72 hours and 14 days before the training date may be transferred to another available date.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the training date, or failure to attend on the day, will incur a £150 charge due to venue hire and equipment costs already incurred.
